The Chelsea Medplaza Complex is on the south side of Hwy 280 between Winn Dixie and Walmart in Chelsea, Alabama. We are directly across Hwy 280 from Coosa Pines Credit Union.

Hayes Eye Center hours are Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm by appointment, but please call ahead, as we sometimes close for lunch and office meetings.
